About Lanefab Design/Build
Lanefab is an award winning design+build team crafting new custom homes and major renovations. Design quality and energy efficiency are at the centre of our practice. Our team is a "one stop shop" that can work with you through concept design, permitting, interior design and full turn-key construction services. In 2010 Lanefab completed the city of Vancouver's first 'laneway house' permitted under the city's new Eco-Density policy, and in 2012 completed the first net-zero solar powered lane house. In recent years we've built a wide range of certified Passivhaus and Net Zero homes. Our work has been featured in Dwell and the New York Times. We're currently working on a wide range of projects, from multiplexes to single family homes and lane houses. Give us a call and we can let you know what's possible on your property.
