June 24, 2022 Excellent service!!! Kale came and worked efficiently and professionally on my two showers and leaking drain. One of the showers was not easy to fix because others have looked at it before. Kale solved the problem for me. I am so glad I called Leaside Plumming & Heating.

May 12, 2022 Second time we used Leaside Plumbing. Service was fast and efficient. Technician was available to help with minor secondary problem and offer a guidance and solution. It was a very valuable lesson! Definitely recommend and will use again if need arises.

February 2, 2019 As usual excellent service....it was a small matter and at this time of year I appreciated the honesty of how they have to prioritize people whose homes are in crisis (burst pipes and other heating issues ect)..ours was not! A reasonable appt time was set and Jonathan get it fixed in minutes. Thanks!

August 19, 2018 I was very impressed with Leaside Plumbing.Most especially I was impressed by Claudio and his helper.They were punctual and explained exactly what the plumbing issue was and how it needed to be repaired.They stayed late to complete the job in one day and did a great job cleaning up after themselves.They were working in the 60+ year old home of my 92 year old mother and were very courteous and did not disturb her.The service call was expensive but I would use their services again.

September 11, 2014 ### I’m happy with th... I’m happy with the service and the price. Our ‘trap’ or drain outside of our house had tree roots on it and we got 3 quote and found that Leaside was the only company that didn’t try to oversell us and they addressed our needs!

February 6, 2013 ### Horrendous Customer Service I was so bothered by the way I was spoken to by the “owner’s wife”. I found Leaside plumbing on Google and gave a ring asking for a plumbing quote. The lady that answered asked me what I was doing calling her as she said she heard me typing- has she never heard of multi-tasking? She then stated someone would call me back and I said I just wanted to know if you provided free quotes, if not I didn’t need a ring back. She proceeded to ask me if I listened to her and she is the wife’s owner so he would hear of no problems if I complained of how I was being talked to. She then had the courage to call me back saying I was rude- I'm sure she reflects her and her husband's values and no service or respect will be given. I didn't think Customer Service reps actually spoke to people like that....it is 2013!!
