February 27, 2018 Honestly the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Spoke with Corinne, and she was very rude and had zero communication skills or feeling of emotion. Definitely would never go to them for business!

August 5, 2014 ### Very unfriendly -... Very unfriendly - explained my plumbing issue and was told by the owner "can't help you too busy" and that was it. Learn some customer service skills. I wasn't even offered a date for their next available appointment. Guess they didn't need anymore business.
