Excellente première rencontre. Gens très compétents connaissant bien leur domaine.tres amical et facile de converser et d échanger
Maxime m’a très bien expliqué les travaux à faire. Les travaux ont été effectués comme prévu. Les travaux ont été bien exécutés comme selon la soumission. Le projet a été complété.
J'ai signé pour qu'ils viennent fin octobre et finalement après contacter et insister constamment avec son représentent, ils sont venu fin novembre. Le travail, il y a eu quelques imprécisions et ils sont venu régler. Après, le dégel qu'on a eu, j'ai constaté que l'eau écoulé dans le coins des gouttières et il y a problème de débordement d'eau dans les coté des gouttières. Comme on est en hiver ils peuvent pas venir mais le proprio m'a dit qu'il va vérifier cela. J'espère qu'il va passer avec son équipe me réparer cette déficiences de débordement d'eau et écoulement d'eau . La qualité des matériaux est bonne. Je donne un 4, car j'ai du courir après les autres pour venir faire le travail et il n'y a pas eu une clarté ni respect du délais d'exécution des travaux accordé. Vu qu'ils sont venu tard dans l'année, on n'a pas pu tester ou valider si les gouttières fonctionnait bien. Maintenait, j'ai dois attendre le printemps et courir après eux pour venir corriger le problème. En espérant que le tout sera réglé le printemps . Hermes
