Widely recognized for our high standard of client communications and workmanship, and for exceptional follow-up service, Litwiller Developments became one of the first two Calgary renovation companies to be accepted into the National Home Warranty Program. The company was created in 1977 as Litwiller Construction, when a 22-year old journeyman carpenter named David Litwiller signed a contract to work as a screen door and ceramic tile installer for what was then known as Simpson Sears, later starting a general construction and renovation business. He quickly acquired a reputation as a skilled, imaginative carpenter and worked steadily in home renovations and commercial tenant improvements. We've been building dreams for Calgarians for over 30 years.
