October 29, 2021 Great to meet DJ and Kyle! They were extremely professional, respectful and got the jobs done in great time. They also checked my water softener. They even did an extra small job for me which got Kyle wet but they were all smiles! They also tested the water for it's hardness and checked my water softener all at no extra cost. Jacob (who came the first time to check things and give me an estimate) also got my water softener going and put salt in. Thank you Lodder Brothers!

January 7, 2021 AJ was efficient and thorough with his work. He did not leave until everything was perfect. There were some trickery pieces to deal with and I am confident his work is of the highest quality. Every time I have called Lodder Brothers I have had great service!

March 4, 2020 Nick installed a replacement shower and did a fantastic job. Second time that he has been to the property, always professional and on time. Great service, cant thank you enough! Lodder Bros are excellent, would highly recommend this company.

January 11, 2019 Absolutely one star!!!! I have been calling this company to come and arrange a site visit for a job to be done. Got a huge and major runaround from everyone at Lodder's for over a month. My advise is find a company who actually care and respect people!!

August 13, 2015 ### Plumbing inspecti... Plumbing inspection; showered replacement; drainpipe vent installation Chris inspected all of my plumbing as part of Lodder Brothers protection plan. He found that one of the sink drainpipes wasn't properly vented and he quickly repaired it. He also changed a shower head and cleaned out a drain. He showed me how to clean out the trap in the future to prevent slow drainage in the future. Overall great visit! Elizabeth

October 11, 2013 ### Not part of a winning team I was trying to build a team of professionals to call on when I had any service needs at my investment property which I rent out. As such, I chose to purchase an annual service contract with Lodder Brothers. They had explicit instructions NOT to talk prices or make suggestions to the tenant. He was to call me to discuss anything. Instead, they sold the tenant on changing the washing machine hoses (in case they were to break in the future, these ones would never break or leak), and convinced them they need a water softener (which he could provide and install). The tenant, being young and inexperienced, said yes to the hoses and became very concerned about the hard water. The tenant could not afford the hoses, and had expected me to pay. She also requested that we install a water softener, and this became a contention point for the remainder of their tenancy. When talking on the phone to the plumber, he first said he did not know it was a tenancy arrangement, then later said he had forgotten. When complaining to the head office, the response was "oh". No apology, no comment. If the plumber we had was an exception, I would have expected at least an apology and an attempt to ease relations.
