February 7, 2018 Have used this company a couple of times and have found them to be timely, efficient and competent. They installed a new hot water tank and helped with the installation of a gas fireplace.
October 7, 2016 Exceptional customer service and knowledgeable staff. I went to fire up my furnace after the summer and to my surprise it would not fire up and left me with no heat. ( furnace was not installed by MD Mechanical) I called an after hours service number and spoke with with a guy named Ben who was very helpful spending almost 30 minutes to troubleshoot and fix the problem over the phone ( even though I could hear, what I believe to be a new born baby girl crying in the background) )
April 6, 2016 ### Had a difficult t... Had a difficult time getting a hold of the owner about warranty repairs and when I was finally able to talk to him he was very rude and blamed me for damage even though his own employee confirmed it was installation error.
