From the initial phone call to book an appointment to the actual cleaning, everything was handled professionally and swiftly. The technician arrived on time, dressed in a uniform, and got right to work. He described each stage of the procedure as it unfolded and took the time to answer all of my inquiries. They not only did an excellent job cleaning and inspecting my chimney, but they also gave me great advice on how to maintain it in between trips. Their pricing was reasonable and upfront, with no additional fees or surprises at the end.
