I recently had problems with water not draining in the upstairs bathroom and a loud clunking noise when I flushed the toilet. I searched the Better Business Bureau for a plumber and found Mr. Drain. Because of their A+ rating I gave them a call. Within 24 hours Roger (master plumber) was at my door. Roger was polite, professional and diagnosed my problems within 15 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and explained that I needed a new toilet and my drains were badly plugged with hair. He fixed my drains that day and returned a few days later with a new Toto toilet. Because I trusted Roger, I also asked him to install a new kitchen tap. I was so pleased with the work he did, I plan on hiring him again to hook up my new dishwasher, install new bathtub taps, put in a new rain shower head... I highly recommend Mr. Drain. They are truly a company you can trust.

I was grateful that he took time to inspect my plumbing system before starting work, since one of the very old pipes needed to be replaced, and had he simply unblocked the sink, there would have been a frightful mess. The work was done quickly, and he left my premises spotlessly clean, explained what he was doing and why. The final bill was very reasonable.
