November 15, 2024 I encountered a major issue with my sump pump and its drain line. Gerald and Lee answered the call with great satisfaction. Honestly, we are living in a time where things are just crazy expensive. So if that is the case, then make sure you spend it on a company that backs up their work. Mr. Rooter proved to me that they do. Thank you, very much.

July 5, 2019 Faced with the urgent need for modifications/repairs to our drain stack which had started to leak quite significantly, I searched online for a plumbing service and decided to try Mr.Rooter. A short time later, Service Technician Patrick Jardine arrived, surveyed and assessed the situation, explained a couple of options, and provided a quote. A couple of hours later, the piping mods were completed with proper joints and sealing, and the system tested. Great service and very professional workmansh

February 14, 2017 ### DIY didn't work, called the pros!! Excellent service. The office staff was very friendly when calling in to have someone come out. Cory showed up within 2 hrs of calling the office on a Friday night. He assesd the problem, provided a clear explanation as to what the issue was and the solution to fixing it. He gave us a quote to fix our problem. Within 2 hrs our problem was fixed. Drains are running great now even better. He even called back 2 days later to make sure we were good. We recommend Mr.Rooter, and ask for Tech..Cory!

March 10, 2015 ### Over the years, w... Over the years, we have had Mr. Rooter address several plumbing issues, both large & small. They have consistently demonstrated excellent service. When you call them, they arrive when they say they will, make an assessment of what is required & then let you know what the costs are before any work begins. However, I have always found that their on-site staff are invariably willing to go that extra mile to ensure that the job is done right the first time & to our satisfaction.
February 12, 2015 ### Called up Mr.Root... Called up Mr.Rooter for a couple of plumbing issues I was experiencing at my house. They promptly sent over a technician. I forget the fellows name but I was quiet impressed by his extensive knowledge in his trade. Long story short, they fixed the problems, the price was fair and I'll be sure too ring them again if I incur another issue.
February 11, 2015 ### I choose Mr Roote... I choose Mr Rooter for a recurring issue with my drains, John was very professional and offered me a permanent solution as to which all the other companies did not. Not only did this save me a lot of money but gave me peace of mind. John was clean, professional and very reasonable in price. I highly recommend them and will not use any other company.
October 17, 2014 ### Horrible experien... Horrible experience. Guys sowed up for 20 mins, did nothing, left a bill for $120. Now I have a plumbing issue AND a bill. Buyer beware.
