Totally exorbitant cost. An original quote ($2700) to repair and replace root damage on basement drain was way above the actual repair required. Only through arguing was the amount reduced to $2000. So, if you want to have a simple drain/trap replaced with minimal digging on basement floor and want to pay $2800 - the original "book price" for "spot repairs" -then call this company.
