Edit: We discussed the price of the job and agreed to complete the fence and the joist for my front porch for $800. I paid one invoice for the fence for $621 and then he mentioned because the one post was still sound he'd knock $100 off. After finishing the joist, he sent me another invoice for an additional $791. Explaining that the conversation we had was in addition to the invoice I'd already paid. Very dishonest and although the job was done well, paying $1400 instead of the agreed upon $800 is not how you should run your business. I will not be using in the future. Original review: Fantastic communication, reliable and completed the work professionally and quickly. He was so great I hired him right away to fix the joist in my deck! Would rehired again in a heart beat.
