"Interconnected 3-in-1 Smoke Alarm, Potlights, Trouble-Shooting Steps On Jan 30, 2023, Steve (master electrician) responded promptly to phone inquiries and in-home visit, discussed options and costs for 2 major projects. Provided written detailed quote at fair price. His experienced team provided commendable installation services for: 1) interconnected 3 in 1 LED strobe/ carbon monoxide/ smoke detector on all levels and bedrooms, 2) potlights in living and dining areas. Sincerely appreciated that Steve identified, explained and rectified three electrical safety issues – at no charge. Steve completed walk-through of finished work, then followed-up and provided ESA inspection report. From start to finish, Steve was very personable, professional and shared his knowledge. On July 25, 2024, I did not hesitate to call Steve about an electrical outage in garage, after my checking circuit breakers did not resolve outage. Steve was exceedingly helpful in giving basic troubleshooting steps via phone, to try first. It fixed my problem. Steve was sympathetic to his 3 hour minimum service call charge, if problem could be resolved with his checklist tips. Highly recommend Steve and Innovation Electric services."
