Manuel and his crew created a custom solution to prevent animal incursion under the roof and the new set of gutters and downspouts to improve drainage off the roof that had not been working well for us before. He brought a 6 person crew and got the work done within one day. All good people, respectful of the property, and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. Weve had a couple of very heavy rains since they were here and everything Is working as expected.

We needed our eaves replaced. From the start Manny presented the best estimate of the few companies I selected. He made a thorough inspection of our eaves. He then gave a concise, no-nonsense explanation of the replacement process and materials. We were sold. He and his team arrived promptly. They were entirely professional and diligent in their work. They were respectful of our greenery and our neighbours' property. They cleaned as they worked and left our front porch cleaner than it was when they arrived.
