My Service Company

January 25, 2018 I was asking about a blocked toilet, back flow preventer valve and a water alarm. Tina was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She gave me a guesstimate price range, not actually seeing the job. That will help immensely on our budget. I did try the two local plumbers in Coaldale but they only use voice mail. I prefer to talk to humans. Especially if they have a sense of humour. When we need professional help, we will call on a company that seems to believe in their name “Service”! Thank you.

September 8, 2015 ### I live out of tow... I live out of town but own a few rental properties in Lethbridge, and I can always count on My Service Company for fast and quality work. They always fit me in, treat me like I'm their favorite customer, and there are never any surprises. This company knows how to treat their customers and run a professional business. I would, and do, recommend them to anyone.

June 9, 2015 ### Customer service ... Customer service is the worst. I called a couple months ago asking for them to take a look at our furnace. They set an appointment time between 2-4pm. I waited for them, finally the guy calls me at 4:30pm asking when a good time to come is. I told them not to bother. This time, I called asking for them to come look at our A/C. They said between 2-4pm tomorrow. They called and said that they made a mistake and they weren't sure what time they were coming. Do not go here. I didn't even get a quote

April 17, 2015 ### Worst installatio... Worst installations I've exxperienced in over 40 years of home ownership, at highest prices in town Paid out 14K for two simultaneous projects: Shower replacement and gas fireplace insert replacement. Multiple remedial trips by technicians to correct their errors. Installed fireplace with part missing. Set off CO detector. Shower insert installed poorly and not square to face wall. Lots of drywall damage to install. Would not recommend these people for anything. Owner participated in installs.

December 15, 2012 ### water heater install Ben was fast ,efficient,and well informed on all the questions i posed.great for instilling confidence that make us feel better about our new water heater.i we have any concerns in the future we will consult my service company.thanks

November 30, 2012 ### awesome and quick had a leak from my upstairs bathroom into the basement .called and ben was here within half an hour. problem solved. wouldnt hesitate to call ben again if i need any plumbing work done

October 26, 2012 ### Great Job My furnace had been acting up for a while. I finally decided to call a repairman. The guy who spoke to me on the phone was helpful, and listened to my concerns. I was surprised and grateful when he said they could sent a repairmen in at a time that worked for me that day, (with other repair companies I've found they often say "we'll be there sometime between 8am and 2pm, make sure you're home", instead of narrowing down the time frame). When the repairmen showed up, he was friendly and helpful. He explained to me what the problem was, which was great. And he didn't track muddy footprints in my house, which I have had happen multiple times with other repairmen! The price for the repair was reasonable, and I would recommend this company to anyone else needed furnace repairs/ installations.

May 24, 2012 ### awsome hero Ben from My service Company was called to my house to fix an annoying recurring problem with my on demand system. Ben was courteous, friendly and above all, on time. He very quickly analyzed the problem and had the system up and running, the way it should, in a matter of moments. If you require urgent plumbing fixes call Ben. You won't be sorry.
