Excellent response time. Kevin took the time to explain the problem with my toilet and advised the necessary fix. He was very personable and knowledgeable. I know who I will be calling in the future….john

Kevin quickly responded to my request through homestars and he was able to fully quote the work based on the pictures I provided. Kevin showed up at the schedule time and fixed the issue. His work was of high quality and he removed all the old materials. Awesome job!

Kevin installed 3 new faucets at my house: 2 kitchen and one bathroom faucet. Each time he came on time, and did his work quickly with top quality. He is careful in making sure everything works fine and thoroughly tests his installations before calling a job done. His services are very reasonably priced and he is a pleasure to work with. I warmly recommend him and his company for plumbing services.

After owning homes in Toronto and Brantford, a relocation found me in lovely Burlington. There was one immediate plumbing issue that needed to be fixed. A neighbour recommended Kevin from New Era.
