Our Eavestroughs were 30 yrs old and needed to be replaced. A neighbour replaced theirs and we were impressed with the results. We contacted Mark and he came to our home on the weekend to fit our schedule We agreed on the contract and today his employees came at 7:30 AM to start the work. They finished this afternoon and my wife and I are very Pleased with the results The workers cleaned up and took away the old eaves As our old eaves had leaves in them from the trees, the leaves fell on our grass. I wasn't sure what needed to be done with my father's roof and the most important thing to me was finding someone I could trust. The roofing scene can be tricky to navigate. I've had bad luck in the past. Ontario Downspout Services had been recommended by a neighbour. Harvey answered the phone and he was a calming and thoughtful soul who started the whole process on a promising note. Mark was awesome. He arranged to meet up with me in record time to discuss the project. The terms were fair and the contract was thorough. We figured the job would be 2 days... 3 at the most. The whole thing was done in less than one day. The crew were ninjas. Within a matter of hours we had a fabulous new roof and eaves and downspouts and the other bits that I can't name. And they left the place spotless. I can't recommend these guys highly enough.

Mark and his crew did a great job replacing the flat roof on my house and dealing with a leak I had into my living room by replacing a strip of roof and eaves trough along a side of my house in an awkward narrow area between my house and my neighbours. Mark shared photos as they removed the old materials so I could see the problem areas and understand how they were fixing them and then sent photos of the completed work. They worked quickly while also protecting my house and cleaned up well. I highly recommend Mark and his crew.
