October 20, 2022 Pacific Mechanical, having individuals who drive erratically, put others in danger, and harass other drivers, is not only extremely dangerous, but also shows a lot about the individuals you hire to represent your company. Please take a second to train and reevaluate who you let drive your company vehicles. As a customer, this goes as a sign of the immaturity and lack of professionalism that Pacific Mechanical hire to do your pluming. I would think twice about hiring them. !

August 9, 2021 Request for fan coil repair for no cooled air, paid nearly $300 for it. Can't fix the problem ended up blaming on apartment builder. Left the job remain unfix and massive hole on the ceiling drywall. Call back later asking to fix the big hole they made. Ashleigh from HVAC said they only do HVAC... and basically told to look for someone else to fix the hole they made themselves at my own expense. This is the most appalling level of service I have ever encountered. Absolutely disgusted by the lack

February 22, 2021 Last year they came to my room upgrading a plastic hose with the SAME plastic hose for my wash machine asking $160. I took a day off from work and waited at home for 8 hours, no one comes. Then my building manager told me the technician was near by my building yesterday, he thought he can do the work and phoned me, but I did not take the call. This year my building needs hydro jetting, they assign my floor of 8 units a window of 08:00 to 17:00, it is 13:00 now and no one even comes to my floor.

August 31, 2020 worst service ever and DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. My apartment has a water pressure problem (weak water pressure). The company was summoned by my strata and the technician was on site for literally less than 10 minutes, but charged me 1.5 hours of fee ($115 per hour), claiming this is their minimum charge. Not only the problem was not fixed (I had to fix it my own as he advised me to purchase a part and change it myself, he does not have the part needed with him) but this is a plain waste

July 29, 2020 Worst company ever! They have NO IDEA what they’re doing. The 1st plumber came in with the wrong report, the 2nd plumber came in with the wrong parts. Completely waste of time! Their customer service is even worse.

November 28, 2016 This is absolutely horrendous service. Pacific West came to our building in Yaletown to 'fix' a water pipe issue. Upon leaving, the issues were worse! There is CURRENTLY limited hot water which we have been told will take 2 WEEKS to fix. This wasn't an issue UNTIL Pacific West came to our building (583 Beach Cres). The initial issue post service was that we had EXTREME hot water and no cold water after the service was done. And then when they returned to fix that issue, we had little hot water.

September 23, 2015 ### Our strata referr... Our strata referred us to Pacific West Mechanical as they maintain our building and we were beginning renovations. For the past year (yes, it is taking a while), whatever plumbing work we have needed, we did through Pacific West. They are very accommodating, affordable, efficient, and great to work with.
