October 4, 2021 Discussed with one plumber about hiring him to install a water filtration system. He told me only 15 mins to his office if any missing supplies.On the day, he decided on his own to bring a second plumber and I was charged for 7 hours of them working together without my authorization, even when there was only one plumber for the first hour and later they left for over 2 hours together to get supplies over lunchtime. The plumbing work was good but I feel taken advantage of. Overbilled approx $500
