Panda insulation rep Brian , was most prompt in his estimate. Another company did not even respond. Brian communicated well and was open to discussion of quantities needed and costs. We looked at product coverage sheets and adjusted downwards where appropriate. I particularly liked that he said that they would adjust price down if less material was needed. That in fact was the case and Brian was true to his word and dropped the final cost to reflect that. Paul and his assistant were pleasant and very thorough in their cleanup. I felt the job was well done, the price was favourable for adding 9-10 of blown glass to 800 sq ft of attic space, and adding internal vent extensions as needed. Brian was open to discussion particularly with reference to materials and costs and Panda demonstrated integrity in honouring the most honest best outcome for this customer. Whole hearted endorsement from me.
