“Cleaned up front and back garden, pulling all dead plants, bushes, weeds. Removed horrible vines that were wrapped around the water meter. Pull dandelions from front lawn( just went ahead and did that, did not ask) cleaned up under all cedar trees. Requested this job done just the night before with no notice, said yes at 8pm and we’re here 8am the next morning. Saved me so much time, really appreciate the hard work and quick response. Would highly recommend.”

Hired AAAHS to repair wall in my basement and was quoted the price. I informed the company that the job would require painting. AAAHS arrived late and proceeded to repair wall. He patched the wall and said his job did not include sanding or painting. I don’t understand why he would think that we would just want the wall repaired and not painted. I pointed out that is not what I wrote in my message and was told he gets thousands of messages a day regarding jobs, so it’s not his problem that he can not keep track of what the job entails. I could have gotten the job done in completion by another person for less money. I was left very confused and angry. This company needs to work on their communication skills and provide proper estimates so the client knows exactly what they are paying for and not be tricked into retaining their service and in the end the job that is completed is incomplete.
