Mark Patterson, the founder and the President of Patterson Homes, has been in business of custom home building and renovation for over 25 years. After graduating with an engineering degree from Ryerson University Mark established a company that focuses on Personal Building. The essence of Personal Building is that the company provides a positive, customized building experience while maintaining excellent design, quality, and solid ethics. We like to think that we are building a home with you, not just for you. Customer Service is an integral part of our Personal Building process. It begins with the design of your home, continues through the selection of fixtures, hardware, appliances, floor coverings, etc. We appreciate how stressful and time consuming building or renovating could be and try to work around your schedule at locations convenient for you if needed. We offer you personal attention every step of the way during the design process, the construction stage and after you take possession.
