About Pelican Projects Ltd
Pelican Projects / Property Services is new to Homestars, but we're certainly not rookies. For over 20 years, we've been renovating, repairing, landscaping and problem solving our way through all types of homes; and want to use our experience to help you be comfortable in your own. We are trained through ICA Canada and retain membership & certification through CAHPI (Canadian Association of Home & Property Inspectors). We offer all types of home & property inspections, and all inspections include thermal imaging & drone photography (when able). When we're not inspecting, we offer maintenance services (handyman, eavestrough & window cleaning & pressure washing; as well as project management & general contracting for larger jobs. We believe people come first and details matter. We are clean, thorough, knowledgeable, ethical and competitively priced. We look forward to helping you with your next property purchase or project!

"Okay First I have to say I was very happy with Zack’s work personality Nice hard worker easy on the eyes I say that because I was really expecting a huge greasy guy Lol u know the stinky ones but no Nice Clean Cut Pro he went out of his way he does not work weekends and he did me a huge favour by going out if his way from his family All I’m going to say is the price is right with Zack Ladies and Gents All the other guys I asked for Have to pop there bubbles $120 to $200 First everyone is having a hard time stressed Like we just moved And I was not expecting this man from this company To charge the best price in town And because of everything he did for my family and me He got a tip So just letting anyone on here no matter what kind of job he can pull it off He just about went back home for tools But no came back with something figured it out and got her done ppl Zack your the best Thx Sharon The happiest Customer ever ..!!👍👍"
