March 2, 2021 Unfortunately we had a furnace and air conditioning system installed by this company Would not recommend them to anyone!!! When our furnace was installed and inspected it didn't pass the inspection because it was installed backwards and when they came out to repair the issue instead of replacing the unit or at least the furnace shell (remember this is a new system in the $10,000 range) all they would do was flip it and put a big patch on the side Air conditioner not working ether

January 4, 2019 If I could rate it negative stars I would. I’ve called SEVERAL TIMES now to be removed from their calling list and each time I’m assured “you have now been removed from our calling list” yet you call me ALL THE TIME still. I don’t even own a home smh

September 7, 2018 Previously I have already asked them to remove my phone number and name from all their calling lists. They still keep calling. Certainly would NEVER recommend this business.

July 22, 2018 My neighbor had a great experience with Penguin Cooling so I went with them. I have two units in my current home, which I use all the time, and another unit in my mom’s home. The reps I’ve interacted with were excellent. They responded and kept checking to make sure that a representative was on his way to the house. And we really enjoyed that I can reach the owner if I have any questions or specific needs. The team that worked on the installation was great too. Now, my house is more efficiently. Helpful1>

July 22, 2018 I liked the price that Penguin was offering with the tune-up so I went with them. The rep that came over was awesome. I asked him all kinds of silly questions about the air conditioning unit and he answered them like they were just common questions. He was very respectful and nice. He sat down and explained different things about the unit cause I have two different brands and we just talked about getting a new unit. Now new unit is working fine and overall, I’m totally satisfied.

April 4, 2018 If you are considering purchasing anything from this company DON’T. I am still fighting to get the mess fixed that they made when they installed my furnace & a/c in February of 2017. I have gone to the BBB for help & they have started ignoring all communication both from me & the BBB. The work they’ve done affects not only the appearance of my home but the resale value as well. It really is buyer beware & this is a company that you definitely need to beware of. Helpful1>

December 5, 2017 We had our furnace installed by Penguin September 2017. Despite instillation taking 2 hours longer then we were initially told, things went fairly well. We got a phone call from MB Hydro for an inspection which was scheduled in October to which they came and determined that a "Clean out cap required where old furnace was connected" and a repair personnel from Penguin needed to complete this task.
