I am still marvelling at how the entire process and all the transactions took place so smoothly and completely stress-free. From our first meeting with Brian, I knew that my eighty year old Mom was in exceptional hands. He took the time to visit her home twice, to ensure that he first thoroughly collected all the necessary information about the condition of my Moms roof and eavestroughs and then carefully and patiently explained the entire scope of the project to my Mom. He made sure that she knew that he cared about delivering the best possible service to meet her needs. A trust was immediately formed, and she felt empowered and confident of the work that was planned. The installers were highly skilled and did an outstanding job! They were very punctual, courteous, professional and expedient. What really impressed us most, was how exceptionally organized this company is. The entire project was pre-planned to perfection, where everything took place like clockwork. This company is highly efficient and experts in this field of work. I was also so very grateful for Bertas (Office Administrator) assistance because she was constantly willingly to accommodate us from ensuring desired scheduling and payment plans. She always immediately followed up on all inquiries and made sure that we were accommodated to our greatest satisfaction.
