Jim did some work on a condo I was getting ready for sale. He dealt with all the necessary coordination with the building. Quality workmanship and was completed on agreed timeline. Jim was available to answer any questions and was pleasure to deal with.
I had a great experience working with Porch Light Reno when they remodelled my entire kitchen. Jim and his team worked efficiently while staying on time and on budget. From the initial quote throughout the project, they always made themselves available when I had questions. They made suggestions that made the kitchen more functional while staying within my budget. I love my new kitchen and would recommend Porch Light to anyone looking for a reliable home renovation company.
Jimmy helped us arrange, manage and organize our basement renovation. This included sourcing various trades such as framer and plumber, assisting with the actual hands-on work and helping get our basement into tip-top shape.
We were happy with how our basement turned out, but most surprised by how smooth and stress free the experience with Jimmy and his team turned out to be (unlike other contractor horror stories). Very reasonable pricing and no delays in the project, we’re happy to recommend his team and would use his services in the future.
