About Precision Roof Works
My name is Harold Spissinger and I have been roofing for 31 years. I have been on the roof doing the actual work for this time and am on the roof for most jobs. My crew of men have been with me for over twenty years ( same guys ) and they are all family men. I have working for me, men who are dedicated professionals who care about the work they do. My goal is to provide the best value for the money as I deliver roofing systems done in accordance with the building code, manufacturers specifications(all of which I am extremely familiar) and all the by-laws. This ensures a roofing system which performs very well over long periods of time. All of my men are trained in Fall Protection and have their up-to-date certs by the Ministry of Labour.

The job was done quickly, the site foreman Sean was pleasant as was the large crew. They kept us up to date on progress. Daily clean up was impressive too. Rooofing isnt cheap, but our experience was worth it"

These guys did a great job and were super flexible. As the needs of the job changed they were able to accommodate. Great to work with and very high quality work. Happy customer.
Harold fixed my peak roof about 10 years ago. He told me my flat roof was good for another 4-5 years. Stretches it way too long and developed leaks and rotten plywood. The only roofer that I would use is Harold. He charged me fairly and went above and beyond to come with a crew of 8 guys and ripped apart my roof, insulated it, double layered it and I should be good for 30 years. He also removed mould, plywood, moved by stacks and upgraded everything. He is a gem and his crew is very professional. Kept me informed with photos the whole way. Got the job down in a day and a half. Also, his foreman, Sean, is so knowledgeable and hard working. Dont hesitate to call Harold. You wont be looked after any better. Great experience always. The work was done on time and in one day.The crew were very friendly and professional.They showed me photos of the finished roof as I am not at ease climbing ladders. All and all we were very happy with the work AND the clean up.
