“This is the second time we have used Priority Appliance Services. The first time was for our refrigerator and this time for our front loading washing machine as the rubber gasket had broken and needed to be replaced. Both times the technician knew exactly what to do and made it clear that if there was a problem they would return and fix it at no cost. Per the phone quote - $198 for the service call, $230 labour (estimated on 1 hour to fix) and $199 for the part plus tax. Excellent but expensive service. I highly recommend them.”

I have used Priority a number of times in the past for my appliances. The most recent visit was for my gas range where the igniter and burner both needed to be replaced. The technician Will didn't even need to do the diagnosis since he asked me right away along with an attitude, "what's wrong with it?", and simply confirmed where the problem was after I practically told him what I thought was causing it. The diagnosis for the dishwasher was also requested, and again he was rude when asking the same question "what's wrong with this one?". I have not met a Priority technician as ill-mannered and rude as Will. His attitude and response towards my comment afterwards was both scornful and condescending after telling me what I should have done to avoid a problem. I decided not to fix the gas range as intended after he quoted me another $2,100+ for parts, labour and taxes. All the parts cost about $1,000 and take less than a hour to fix. So the labour cost more than $1,100??
