Le représentant Carl ma aidé au travers de ma démarche, il était toujours disponible pour répondre à mes questions. Lors des travaux, ils ont fait le ménage quotidiennement, ils ont respectés léchéancier, ils sont très perfectionnistes, et très bon service après vente avec Mme Bergeron. Je recommande cette belle entreprise familiale.

October 22, 2020 Je ne ferai plus affaire avec cette compagnie. La covid explique pas leur attente au 11 août pour commander le revêtement en acier alors que 6 juin javais demandé quon commande. Tard en septembre, on debute chantier et annonce que pas de revetement en acier. Ca te change un projet et pire,dernier jour, on se défile de la pose des gouttières malgré le contrat signé prétextant sous- contractant a trop de retard et de devoir oublier cette partie...cheap! Je me retrouve sans gouttières...

July 20, 2018 Cest sans aucun doute le PIRE service que jai eu de ma vie. Le toit est bien fait, rien à dire là-dessus. Mais pour le reste, un gros zéro !!! Non respect des dates et délais, ils ont laissé leur remorque chez moi pour 3 jours bloquant mon entrée, ils nont pas voulu respecter leur soumission, ils nont pas fait un bon ménage, ils ont détruit mon aménagement paysager et 2 arbres, ont pris mes plans de maison et les ont perdu et sont irrespectueux, me raccrochent au nez. UN GROS ZÉRO!!!
