February 11, 2019 I phoned Pronto out of desperation during huge ice melts when everybody was too busy - other plumbers failed for two weeks to even give me a date they can help me. George showed up the same morning (more than on time) and perfectly removed all the roots (there were plenty!) in our sewer line. He showed me live on camera before and after. He explained all the options I have to avoid future problems, without trying to hard-sell me any one. No nonsense!

February 12, 2018 George is obviously not the most attractive gentlemen but he is highly reliable. He worked many times on my properties and he never leaves until the problem is solved. I recommend him with no restriction.

August 6, 2015 ### Ils ont débouché ... Ils ont débouché mon égout et passé une caméra. Ils m'ont dit que mon égout était brisé. Selon eux, le moins cher était de faire une gaine dans mon égout pour 10 000$. Ils ne m'ont pas montrer la vidéo, ils m'ont dit qu'ils m'enverraient le CD le lendemain, mais j'ai finalement reçu le vidéo 1 semaine et demi plus tard ! Le vidéo était trop flou on ne voyait pas bien ! Finalement, une autre compagnie spécialisée a excavé et remplacé mon égout et mon entrée d'eau pour seulement 6000$.
