Rowan and his team delivered a true five‑star experience from start to finish. Everyone involved in our ensuite renovation was skilled, professional, and great to work with. Communication throughout the project was excellent, especially when unforeseen issues came up. We were given clear options and thoughtful solutions, and the team handled everything efficiently. The project was completed on time and with high‑quality workmanship. Highly recommend.
We feel very lucky to have found and engaged purple properties to renovate our bathrooms, and update the flooring in our bedrooms. Rowan and the team are total professionals - always on-time, meticulous with the work and clean up. Rowan has a great design aesthetic and skill and really helped bring our vision to life. We are so happy and feel like we have our dream bathrooms. Would highly recommend purple properties and their team for any home renovation needs!
The job went very well. Purple Properties were very responsive from the initial design work through to the completion. Their workmanship was excellent, and the results exceeded expectations. Their care and consideration were greatly appreciated by myself and by the staff and management of the condo.
We LOVED working with Purple properties and highly recommend them with no hesitation. Purple Properties renovated our condo ensuite bathroom, which had been untouched since the 1990s, and needed a complete transformation. They not only modernized the space, but made it thoughtfully accessible (and still beautiful) for an older resident. Purple Properties delivered beyond our expectations. They were professional, thoughtful, and easy to work with. Renovations always come with surprises, but their team handled every challenge with skill and a problem-solving mindset. They were great at helping us refine the design, offering ideas that balanced both aesthetics and function. Our condo neighbors were aware of the renovations but never once had a complaint about noise, mess, or disruption. Some neighbours were so impressed they’ve since hired Purple Properties for their own projects! Highly, highly recommend.
