Jerry and Kyle who did the actual work were awesome. They were meticulous, very communicative and professional. We are very pleased with the end result. However getting to the result was somewhat painful as the composite materials required for the deck took an unreasonably long time to be available so the job could be completed.
High quality and professional work. This team built us a new deck in a day and we are happy with the materials and effort they put into crafting it. We will certainly be using them in the future for more projects. Thanks for all the hard work!

We would definitely use Quality Restorations again based on our 2 projects we have done with them. The trades they use are very experienced people who are conscientious and also good problem solvers which is essential when dealing with an old home. The quality of the completed work is excellent. This latest project was to build a new addition to an existing 80+ year old home to accommodate a new main floor full bathroom and an extension to the existing basement. This required hand excavation in order to build this new addition. The entire project took about 5 months. They took care to protect the existing premises and to minimize dust. All in all, a very satisfying result.
Doug and Patrick did a phenomenal job restoring the front porch and upper gable on our 130 year old property. Due to the age and methods used constructing this house, the restoration required many specialities and a delicate hand and the finished product is unbelievable.
