April 3, 2019 We were completely satisfied with all aspects of our installation, from the office staff to Paul and Wyatt, the 2 men who came out to install 3 new toilets. They worked quickly and did an excellent job. We would highly recommend them and use them again for any plumbing jobs.

We were impressed with their exceptional diagnostic skills and they were quickly able to determine the location of the frozen pipe(s). September 14, 2016 Had a slow kitchen drain. Two plumbers came over and couldn't fix it. VA Reid came over and nailed it; price was reasonable and their representatives were excellent.

July 27, 2010 ### Good plumbing - poor customer service Plumbing work was well done but office staff and business side needs serious improvement. Huge surprise bill - nobody returned our calls. Wouldn't recommend using this service.
