Reliable Rooter

January 9, 2018 Horrible customer service and they don't back their work. Had a water line separate from a water meter they installed. Was told it would be a couple days before they could come by and fix it. Ended up fixing it myself and they never did come by. Problem happened another time and they refused to even look at it.

September 5, 2014 ### Had an after hour... Had an after hours plumbing problem at our restaurant - response time, rate and friendliness of their plumber was A++ and the issue was resolved in no time. will definitely recommend and call on them again!

November 15, 2010 ### Hidden Charge Service person was very personable and capable, and he did job quickly and thoroughly. I was shocked to find that the Company charges you $35.00, which is not told to you prior to engaging them for this work. The plumber put "truck" against this charge, but upon calling the office, they told me that it is a service charge that everyone pays. I don't believe it. The "Rooter" truck is very nice but the rate for labour should include any "service charges". The Company should refund this charge as they do get advertising free by using a "Rooter" truck.
