September 3, 2022 We haven't had hot water for five days now. The technician who was supposed to bring us a new tank called in sick today, so another two days wait time for any hot water. No one to replace him??? Seriously? I have kids and a job and no hot water. I would have been farther ahead to go buy a tank from home depot and ask my friend to install it. What am I paying rental fees and a service plan for??? Won't do this again in my next home. You just lost a customer.

August 6, 2019 Bought a new central air unit and had a scheduled install appointment for this afternoon. No one showed. Called the salesman that sold us the unit and he called the manager. The manager doesnt know how we were missed. I have health issues which were expressed at the purchase. No problem I was told. Well Im out this afternoons wages, tomorrow morning wages and feeling poorly from the endured exposure to the heat. AND STILL NO UNIT. Lets see if they back there $500 no frustration guarantee.

March 23, 2019 Dustin L. First off, as a retired executive, I would like to reach out to reliance . Most managers should know, the company is only as good as it employees. It’s very difficult to find such meticulous trades people that truly put 150% into their trade . Dustin has completed as usual another issue, with master craftmens-ship!! Dustin is superior in knowledge and skill, gets the job done the right way .. the first time. So thoughtful and respectful I would be proud to have him as my employee! #1
March 20, 2019 Biggest mistake using this company. I had a furnace put in in Jan. ^& its March 20 and I woke up with no heat. This is my 7th service call to fix the furnace Helpful1>
January 16, 2019 worst thoughtless company ever. no show appointments, labourers making excuses to leave twice in a row. showing up early to appointments then saying no one was there. haven't had a useable tub in days for my kids but hey apparently not their problem. Even though that's what my landlord pays them for. Helpful1>
