Poor Communication. We ordered 2 large double casement windows. The guys were friendly and efficient and the work was very professionally done. BUT, when I realized my multi-page invoice receipt had no specifications for the windows installed, I reached out to their office — by email and by phone — many times over the past month or two, with no response. I can’t keep my energy auditor waiting any longer, so I will have to give up on the government rebates for efficiency. I will never hire this company again.

Had all the wibdows and doors replaced in my house. Sam came over to arrange the purchase with suggestions. The installation team of James, Jesus, Andy & Jaime were punctual, efficient and did a great job. Jacob was here today to fix a broken lock and, while here, noticed loose cranks. Without even having to ask, Jacob fixed them all!! He checked all 17 windows covering 3 floors. He was incredibly fast and professional. So glad he was the one sent to my house. Hes the best!!

Jose was in to repair/replace some hardware on a door. He arrived at the scheduled time and had everything completed in a timely fashion. Excellent service-I wish all contractors worked this way!
