Poor Communication. We ordered 2 large double casement windows. The guys were friendly and efficient and the work was very professionally done. BUT, when I realized my multi-page invoice receipt had no specifications for the windows installed, I reached out to their office, by email and by phone, many times over the past month or two, with no response. I can’t keep my energy auditor waiting any longer, so I will have to give up on the government rebates for efficiency. I will never hire this company again.
