We are repeat and very satisfied customers of RenovAction. Many years ago we had RenovAction replace a complex mansard shingled roof that caused us no end of problems. We decided to go with a metal roof. The job was expertly done without issue. We had to call them back to add some snow guards, they responded immediately. So far that installation has been problem free and it's probably the best decision that we ever made regarding our house. Because of the high quality of that roof work we were confident that they would be able to replace our two old and badly installed sliding doors. Once again RenovAction have proved their quality. The job required a complete reframing of both doors and took about 3 full days to complete - including inside dry wall repair. The sliding doors themselves are a big improvement over what we had before. The whole RenovAction team were always on time, honest, professional & friendly - and, more importantly, engender a sense of trust. It was a pleasure doing business with RenovAction and we highly recommend them for any home improvement job.

Our Magic Windows are twenty years old, and the weather stripping, unique to the product, needed replacement. The company that installed the windows has gone out of business, but we luckily discovered Reno Vaction at the Ottawa home show; saw that they were still installing Magic Windows; and asked if they could replace the weather stripping. They directed us to the manufacturer, still in business and honouring the warranty, who supplied the weather stripping. Renov Aaction then did the job -- efficiently and professionally -- and went one step beyond what the original company did. Instead of installing the weather stripping with the windows in place -- what we were used to -- they removed the windows to check to see that everything was as it should be. So not only do we have the new weather stripping, but also the confidence that these windows do not need to be replaced anytime soon. The installers were fantastic, explaining everything they were doing. If this was a sample of what Renov Action are like, and I'm convinced it is, I would recommend them for any service they offer.

The installer said that this was the biggest window he has ever installed. They were so fast to do the work. They took the old window away. When they left they brought all the garbage with them. I had very minimal cleaning to do. They gave us a quote but we ended up paying less. They were very honest about everything. We have no more draft coming from the window. They open so easily. I simply love my new window. What I liked is the president of the company, Luc, took the time to come over and talk with us before, during, and after the work was all done.
