Highlights

So unbelievably happy with Takuya’s work and customer service. The bookshelves look fantastic and they were built and installed with care and attention to detail. I will definitely be hiring Takuya again for jobs in the future and have already recommended him to friends.

Excellent from start to finish. Takuya is a pro. He shows up on time, communication is clear and consistent, and his woodwork is very carefully crafted. The jobsite is left clean with walls repainted and the construction is top notch. I would strongly recommend Takuya.

We hired Takuya to custom a couple pieces of furniture for our cafe. We love that he gave great suggestions to add storage inside the bench and throughout the entire process there was constant communication. We would definitely recommend his service and would hire him again for our next project!

What to check before you hire

Worth checking yourself
Only a few public reviews are shown. Ask for recent references you can contact.
Their public evidence comes from a single source. Look them up on another site before deciding.
No credentials are shown here and the business has not claimed this profile. Ask to see certificates and insurance directly.
Trade licensing in Canada is set by each province or territory. Electrical, gas and plumbing are licensed trades almost everywhere (for example ESA for electrical and TSSA for gas in Ontario), so check your provincial regulator that the contractor is certified for the work before you hire.
A construction lien is a real risk: in every province an unpaid subcontractor or supplier can register a lien against your home even if you already paid the main contractor. Hold back the statutory amount (commonly around 10%) and get signed lien waivers as you pay.
Ask to see a portfolio of completed work like yours, plus recent references you can contact.
