August 30, 2017 « Oui allô » est l’accueil par téléphone, il faut donc demander si on est bien chez Toiture Mag. Je demande une estimation pour améliorer la ventilation de l'entretoit. La dame me dit que je devrais appeler qq'un d'autre car ils sont trop occupés à faire des toitures et que l'attente serait trop longue. J'en conclu que ce n'est pas un contrat assez payant pour eux. Merci pour votre bon conseil, j’appellerai quelqu'un d'autre aussi quand ma toiture sera à refaire, vs venez de perdre une cliente.
