Renovation Experts / Basement Experts

This was our third time using Renovation Experts and we could not be happier with the result. We fully renovated our kitchen and ensuite bathroom, made updates to two bathrooms and refinished our staircase. Stans ability to estimate, communicate progress and leverage his relationships with the best people in each trade resulted in a high quality job with no surprises. I particularly like that the estimate included some assumptions on the cost of key items like tile or cabinetry. This helped to inform our choices and ensure we were aware if we were making selections outside of the budget. We found the work of our day to day on-site supervisor Sam to be detailed and the outcome beyond our expectations. Our electrician Steve and plumber Dom were professional and delivered great work, while making the journey more pleasant. We would not hesitate to use Renovation Experts again or make a referral. Thanks again for helping us to make our 20+ year old home contemporary, functional and beautiful!

Stan and his team, led by Mike, completely updated the basement in our new home. They turned it from dark and damp into a bright and comfortable space where our family now loves to spend time. They were extremely professional throughout the renovation, completed the project on budget and provided some great ideas and suggestions during the work. We are really happy with the results, and well definitely be working with them again whenever we decide to make any further upgrades to our home.

Stan and the crew, led by Mike, were extremely professional and excellent to deal with all the way through the experience. They completed all the work on time, in a high quality way, while staying on budget. This project was done on an old freehold townhouse and they went above and beyond in a number of ways, including pointing out deficiencies that were created by prior renovations that required fixing (e.g. joists that had been sawed right through). They also did an incredible job of relationship managing with neighbours, going as far as helping our 85 year old neighbour take down a mirror she was worried would break due to the vibrations during the demo - Mike even bought her flowers as an apology for the disturbance! An incredibly thoughtful thing to do that has meant excellent relationships with neighbours after the proejct. They were not the cheapest option, but "you get what you pay for" and we would very gladly work with them again.

Stan and his team renovated our main floor to completely update our space. They added a shower in our basement washroom first which allowed us to live in our basement. Stan worked within our budget, offering suggestions for improvement. Site Manager Mike and the crew were reliable, skilled, courteous and friendly. Stan responded promptly with solutions for whatever the reason, even after the work was completed. We love our new surroundings! Thank you Stan, Mike and the crew

I inherited my father's home and decided to do a complete home renovation. I interviewed 3 companies before deciding to used Renovation Exports. When I met Stan Boigon I liked him right away. He was easy to talk to, great sense of humour and wasn't all about the money. He suggested I keep what still functions. We started the work and thanks to his team I now have a beautiful house. They went over and above and saved me money where they could. Stan and his team were there for me day and night.
