After our basement was flooded, we had it gutted and brought back to life with James and the crew. Not only were they a pleasure to work with, they were fair in their pricing and quick with their work all while being attentive and understanding throughout the entire process. You can tell by talking with James that they really enjoy the process and the work. It felt more like a joint-effort to get us back on our feet with open communication and a clear direction. I couldn't recommend Rest Assured enough and I look forward to our next project together!

Our house was badly damaged in the flooding that affected so many Ontarians in 2024. Our basement was totally destroyed and then a week later, during another record storm, water got in through our range hood while we were out and destroyed our kitchen. We were left with less than half a house in the course of two weeks. In a fortuitous moment, we found ourselves behind James' truck in a drive through and decided to reach out. It was a great decision. James and his team did an incredible job restoring our home and upgrading it. During the process, James and his team were communicative and kept us abreast of the workflow. We have an older home, which presents many unique challenges from sixty layers of paint to a rifle in the ceiling (no joke), and James' team were able to tackle every challenge and road bump. Moreover, they were very open to our requests and design decisions and worked with us to achieve our vision while providing useful feedback and suggestions. We recommend James and his team without reservation and would happily employ them again if the opportunity arises.

Rest Assured Renovations was solid, detail oriented, and patient from the start. James, the owner really took the time to sit down with my wife and I, form a plan, and bring it to life. At our house we had a weird, unusable “study” on the main floor. James took the time to take pictures, create a digital rendering, and subsequently brought our idea to life. James took his time, completed the project as per our request and even fixed something he didn’t have to simply because we didn’t like the way it looked. I highly recommend Rest Assured Renovations for any of your renovation needs

Rest Assured Renovations Inc. delivered an outstanding basement renovation in 2025. The project was completed on time, stayed right on budget, and the workmanship was above and beyond. They built a beautiful 3‑piece bathroom, installed a kitchenette, and coordinated all electrical, plumbing, and drywall work seamlessly. Professional, organized, and reliable, highly recommended.
