I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I feel a responsibility to share my experience so other homeowners can make informed decisions. I hired Pierce Bishop for a basement renovation and some custom work upstairs. While the project was completed, the quality of the work and overall experience fell well below expectations. The basement was left in an unclean condition with debris throughout. The drywall and ceiling finish are uneven and visibly poor. Several items were incomplete, including trim work, bathroom hardware, and lighting upgrades that were discussed but not done. More concerning, the plumbing work appears to have been done incorrectly. Since completion, there has been a strong sewage odour in the basement, which now requires investigation and repair. I have also since learned that no building, plumbing, or electrical permits were pulled for the project. I recently had the pleasure of working with Revive Reno & Construction on the complete renovation of my bathroom, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the owner demonstrated incredible professionalism, attention to detail, and craftsmanship. Everything was done to perfection — especially the pocket door, which I absolutely love! It’s stylish, space-saving, and exactly what I envisioned. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend the Company.

Totally satisfied. Pierce painted, installed flooring, insulation. He also created a false wall to hide a tower of plastic drawers. Also secured the banister on the staircase. He worked on schedule and cleaned up after himself

We had our bathroom renovation done in June 2024. Pierce was pleasant and receptive upon our enquiry as to our tub and plumbing repair needs. Pierce was very patient in all communications with my husband and I about the renovation process from beginning to end. He picked up a new tub surround and discovered it was damaged. He took our concerns seriously and made efforts to shop around for a new better quality replacement. Pierce took time address our concerns about the potential presence of mold and did a thorough investigation and repair of the descending plumbing from the upper floor. Pierce worked very hard. He let us know he was available for questions and concerns. He was exceptionally open to accommodate a custom repair solution as a water barrier attachment to the side of our tub. Which was quite unexpected and refreshing. Our renovation and repair was very reasonably priced and cost a little over $2,000, taxes included. His calm, pleasant and patient demeanor was exceptional due to our very stressful circumstances. He went out of his way to try to help save us money and deliver quality service and addressed all concerns in prompt and patient manner at all times. We are very happy with the repairs and grateful to have had a Contractor, like Pierce, who was very accommodating, patient and considerate of our needs.
