From start to finish, he was exceptionally professional, polite, and trustworthy - qualities that made the entire experience stress-free. He was punctual and transparent, providing clear details about every step of the project. He followed all condo rules and working-hour regulations, showing great consideration for our neighbours. Throughout the project, he gave us regular updates, which meant we never had to be onsite to monitor his work. His confidence and great personality made us feel comfortable and assured that the job was in good hands. The quality of his work was excellent, and he even managed to meet our tight deadline without compromising craftsmanship. He didn’t consider the project finished until we were completely satisfied. Did a relatively good job. I appreciated that they notified me of plaster issues on new drywall but, they were inflexible on waiting for fixes to be done and just painted second coat. We negotiated paying more to paint over fixed drywall work again but, they simply left the job without notice. Said they weren't interested. I believe that this speaks to their integrity and professionalism.
