November 12, 2013 ### Amazing Service I never leave reviews, this is a first. I am so happy to live in a community with local companies like this one. I called Reynolds this morning, I didn't have heat in the house. I was told that there day was full and they wouldn't be able to make it over. I was expecting a next day appt. Instead, I was asked a few questions over the phone. Then walked through a few steps. 5 minutes later I got the furnace going and the heat back on. This cost me nothing. This will obviously not always be the case, but from now on my friends, family and I will be calling Reynolds. Thanks again

May 10, 2013 ### Professional and personable. Highly recommended! Reynolds Gas Services installed our air conditioner back in 2011. We were very happy with the product and fantastic customer service. When the air conditioner abruptly failed to turn one night, I contacted Reynolds Gas Services and received a response immediately. The next day visit was greatly appreciated as my house is for sale and I didn't want it to negatively affect any showings. Steve quickly detected the problem- the furnace/air conditioner switch had been inadvertently turned off, most likely by a viewer who mistook it for a light switch. Although it was a simplistic solution, Steve did not make me feel silly or uninformed for not figuring it out myself. He is a true professional! I highly recommend Reynolds Gas Services.

February 13, 2013 ### People that still have pride it that what they do Today my heating stopped working again and after having bad experiences in the past with the previous service companies I tried I decided to look up for a new one. I called Reynolds Gas Services. They are further away from Toronto, where I live, but they had great reviews on Yellow Pages so I gave it a try. I explained Reynolds my problems and due to the fact that it was not the first time, it’s getting a bit frustrating to pay every time for a services that is not fixing the real problem. To cut the story short, after I hung up the phone my problem was not only solved but I learned also how to prevent the problem from happening again in the future. That’s what I called phone service… OK maybe my problem was not that big, but that doesn’t matter, the 2 previous companies charged me to solve the same problem $175 to $250 with no explanation just the sentence here is my card please call me again... I asked myself, why would Reynolds help me over the phone to solve my problems + give me some great advice along the way so that this problem will not happen again and not charged me for it? The answer was simple, this company takes pride in what they do, helping people solve their problems in cold times like this without delay. They can count on my business and recommendation in the future. And yes for such a service I would be willing to pay a premium as well, as you get helped by honest people. There need to be more companies like this in the world…I felt inspired today… Thank you. JJ

November 9, 2012 ### Excellence What an excellent service this company offers! I was impressed from the time I notified them. Single mom of 3, I had no idea why at 1am my heat stopped working on the coldest night of the month or what to do. I gave a quick email to Reynolds and got a call back in no time reassuring me they can take care of us. They were there in no time. They identified the faulty switch, fixed it, and then did more. They walked around to make sure the heat was going to the rooms and adjusted the vents to maximise the distribution. I quickly asked if they can adopt us. They took pictures of the unit and I'm all set if the unit breaks down again. What a sense of relief to know I will be looked after with the same quality service! I'm so greatful for their support and professionalism. And the cost was great...especially for a single income mom. YEY!

July 19, 2012 ### Quality work by a conscientious professional I called Steve out to fix my pool heater. The company that installed it had come out before to fix it, but they replaced parts that were fine and charged me an outrageous price and then refused to acknowledge it wasn't even fixed. Steve hadn't worked on this type of unit before and he spent quite a few hours with the manufacturer working out the solution to the problem. He tried several things, but only charged me for the actual parts and labour that fixed it. He did clean, professional work and kept me in the loop at all times. I wouldn't hesitate to strongly recommend Steve for any job.

May 7, 2012 ### Very Satisfied Customers Very happy with Reynolds Gas Services work. Highly recommended to anyone in this area. Steve was very friendly, educated, and did a great job on our BBQ gas line. Before leaving, he walked me through the work he'd done. There was no mess left behind. He noticed the caulking around our light fixture near our gas line was worn out, and sealed it for us. Steve taught me how to turn on my BBQ (yes, I didn't know how) and he even helped out the next door neighbour when they hit a road-block with some outside landscaping. A quality job by a quality worker.
