November 21, 2017 Got referred to a guy named Gary and he fixed the furnace that was squeaking... it only lasted for one day and was charged almost $170... what a waste of money... Then I called him and asked him if he could do something about it. He said he was going to contact his friend to get a price and I said I wanted to get a quote and he said "If you are not serious, then I'm not getting you the price." What horrible customer service!!

June 30, 2017 The Riverside crew worked quickly and efficiently to re-pipe our entire house. There were no job interruptions and they saw the job through in record time. Clean professional work, fair and competitive pricing. We will call on them again for future service needs and will recommend them to family and friends.
February 10, 2017 They were given the contractbto replace the plumbing, install new dual boiler system in home renovation. Major mistakes were made repeatedly and left a poorly installed boiler, a flooded basement, a toilet flange incorrectly placed, a leaky garbarator, and chewed up hardwood floors. The last flood was caused by an incompetant repair of the system they installed. I am out over $5,000 in repairs and they won't return calls. Incompetant all through. Jared talks a good talk but is not to be trusted

August 23, 2016 My kitchen faucet had disintegrated internally and was leaking water all over. Matt replaced my faucet with a brand new one and its working great. Quick and very friendly service, I would definitely recommend Riverside Heating and Plumbing. THanks guys!

July 20, 2016 Matt did an amazing job of fixing our bathtub for us. He located hard to find parts for us and went out of his way to fix our bathtub. We would recommend this company to anybody needing help with heating and plumbing. They are honest, efficient, and friendly. Thanks Matt for fixing our bathtub!!
July 10, 2016 I highly recommend this company. We have used Riverside Plumbing & Heating on a few occasions and they have always been courteous and professional. We had no hot water this weekend and Matthew was kind enough to troubleshoot with me over the phone, saving us $$.
June 29, 2016 For many years, I have been dealing with Riverside for plumbing emergencies that have come up within my business. They have been great at troubleshooting over the phone & explaining in great detail about the best and most cost efficient solution and then executing the work. I highly reccomend working with this company.
June 27, 2016 Our hot water heater died last night & we searched for a reliable and reputable company & saw Riverside Heating & Plumbing on the Better Business Bureau site. When I called, Matt was extremely friendly & willing to walk me through a temporary fix to get hot water flowing again from the tank. After a 10 minute lesson on the phone, the tank was heating hot water. I’ve booked Riverside for an appt. next week to fix the issue. We would not hesitate to recommend Matt & Riverside to you!
