RONA+ Victoria (Tillicum)

May 1, 2026 We deal with the Tillicum Rona often and have been happy with their service, however we had an issue with a bathroom vanity we recently purchased and weren't getting a good response from the store. Fortunately we were lucky to be able to deal with "Shane". She not only arranged to pick up the damaged one she helped us pick out a new one an arranged delivery promptly. She then followed up to make sure we were satisfied, absolutely we are, thank you so much Shane, we will be back.

June 3, 2025 I saw the sale price on line and took a screenshoot of it. I went to the store and the department manager told me that it was on sale but I would have to go to the till at the front of the store to get the sale price. The person at the till at the front of the store knew the manager of the department sent me there but declined to honour the sale price even after me showing her the screenshot and the fact I took it 2 hours earlier. Horrible customer service and I will shop elsewhere in the future

June 13, 2021 This location is excellent. It’s well laid out, and has a good selection and knowledgeable staff. I especially appreciate that it’s never too busy so it’s always an enjoyable experience.

June 6, 2019 Went in to purchase the Craftsman Rechargeable Drill set they advertised for $99.00. Asked a sales person for the display but was shown the set in a box and told we dont have one on display so I couldnt see them and hold them to see how they would feel and handle, with that I said you have lost a sale and he just walk away like he didnt care so no customer care. will buy my new drill some where else.

May 11, 2019 I have been to the store several times. Staff have been very knowledgeable and helpful. Very good variety of products.

December 31, 2018 I went to Lowes (Tillicum Mall)to see if I could figure out what I needed to know before I could purchase a new fridge & I was so impressed with the assistance I received from Gareth. He answered my questions, pointed out things I should consider & narrowed my options based on a list of must haves,personal preferences,space restrictions & price point. He printed out all the info & added notes to each page so I could check out the relevant details, & make a(currently very well informed) decision.

August 30, 2018 Terrible customer service. Snappy and lack of knowlage. I have also found they have next to no selection compared to most all other hardware stores

July 24, 2018 Only rating it a 1 because there is no 0. This store is to be avoided at all costs. Staff are incompetent, rude and lazy. What does that say about management? Never again!
