“Excellent job. We had these installed about a year ago, and everything looks and flows very well. Gutter guards are great as we have trees with lots of leaves. The company was excellent to work with, very honest. We called them again this month because we got an exemption for one of our downspouts from the city, and wanted it put back into the sewer. Gavin called me back right away and had someone over within a week to do this very small job at a very minimal charge (just over $100). Very happy with their work, their honesty, customer service and their follow-up.”

This company replaced all eavestroughs including gutter guard. The downspout from the roof to the ground has pulled away from the house. Upon examination there were no plugs used, with the method used there is no way to repair without removing the collar around the downspout. I called and spoke to the receptionist and left a message for Service, it took two weeks and Service did not call back, the Receptionist called back to tell me they would charge $125.00 to replace the screw that was not iniatally properly installed, there are other issues with this job that I find very disappointing, especially after looking at my neighbours which is substantially better. He has features that were not offered or discussed as options, I am very disappointed especially with no return call from Service to explain the simple issue which was caused by their workmanship
