Royal Heathing & Cooling

October 24, 2012 ### Cold House I woke up in the middle of the night because my house was absolutly freezing!! I fiddled with the thermostat, by i couldnt get the furnace to kick over and turn on. after a long long night i called royal which i found randomly off the net, explained the situation and how i needed help asap. they come over quickly and diagnosed the issue free of charge. After they gave me the upfront price i agreed and they fixed the issue. Turned out to be an electrical issue - a mouse chewed up a wire - they showed me the culprit and his work. I had a good experiance with royal and would indeed recommend.

October 22, 2012 ### radiator replacement My old radiator sprang a leak (I think fixable) but i felt that an upgrade to a more stylish or efficient radiator would be best. My sister had recomended Royal Heating to me so i gave them a call. They came out to my house and told me my options, I opted for a replacement. Mitch took me out to warehouse/store that delt mostly in antique plumbing materials. I fell in love with one particular radiator and had it installed. i felt that the Company and particularly Mitch went the extra mile in ensuring that I was happy with the product they were installing.

October 11, 2012 ### Service Call Winters here and its time to turn on Heater. I like to have my machine serviced annually to catch any problems early as well as to prevent any! I've called in Royal to my home for the past 4 years. Seems that they are a fair, quality level company.

October 1, 2012 ### Building Maintenance I am a superintendant to one of the buildings that Royal Heating takes care of. My company has been dealing with them for over 5 years. They perform mostly maintenance and servicing of the building's mechanical room machines as well as their plumbing section takes care of service callsin the aparments. I've come to know most of the workers and the boss pretty well that I feel that they are well worth a top mark. Workmenship is excellent, they are very knowledgable and I have to assume that their companies organisation is top noch as whenever they are called it never takes more than a day for them respond.

September 26, 2012 ### Gas Smell-YIKES As the weather started to get colder, I felt that it was time for me to turn on the furnace as it was getting chilly in the middle of the night. In the annual chore of covering up the a/c and switching on the furnace, I noticed quite quickly a fairly strong gas smell. I immediatly shut off the machine and called a Gas tech. I had heard of a company through co-workers - Royal Heating. Mike showed up and explained to me that a part had been damaged during the re-startup process. He assured my that it was minor and that the machine itself was in fairly good working order (13 years old). He quickly repaired the issue and offered to tune the machine and double check it free of charge!! I had a very good experiance with this company and would think twice to call them again.
