July 4, 2024 They redid my condo flooring, baseboards, drywall, etc. after a flood. Sanaz was responsive to my questions/concerns, provided a accurate timeline and was able to guide me through the process. The contractors (John) were timely, accountable and had quality workmanship.
June 8, 2023 We had flooding in our condo and we needed to replace the flooring. Sanaz and the trades people at Ruby Stone were super responsive, friendly and did an amazing job of replacing the floor. From finding the right type of flooring that matched the rest of our condo to properly installing the new flooring to making sure little details such as the dishwasher was properly reinstalled was all really well taken care of by them. They went above and beyond and the customer service was great!
April 24, 2023 We LOOOOVE our renos. So glad we went with Ruby Stone. Sanaz took the time to understand our needs and went above and beyond to find exactly what we wanted. I think the thing that makes Ruby Stone different is they actually want the customer to be happy. These weren't just renovations to a house, this is now our beautiful home.
April 20, 2023 I had a flood in my condo from a burst water pipe over Chirstmas. I was in a panic as the contractor provided by the condo board was unresponsive and would not commit to a schedule. Ruby Stone was not only able to commit to a schedule, but had a better cost. The work that they did was fantastic! Sanaz walked me through the options I had in the flooring, the colours, and the options for giving the place a more modern look.
April 20, 2023 I contracted with Ruby Stone Construction for my condo renovation. This included all cabinets, lighting, flooring as well as painting and removing all the popcorn ceiling. The process went smoothly, on time and on budget which I really appreciated! I had confidence working with Sanaz and valued her suggestions and recommendations. I especially appreciated when she would go above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the workmanship and the end result. I definitely recommend Sanaz!
