September 19, 2016 I called this company when I found myself without hot water. Within 30 minutes of me calling, there were electricians at my door & about 10-15mins later, they had figured out the issue & already had it fixed! Basically...from the time I called until the issue was completely resolved totalled less than an hour!! Impeccable service! Fast, speedy & knowledgeable! I would highly recommend this company! August 11, 2016 called late afternoon to ask about moving a power outlet. They had it finished before noon the very next day. Both gentlemen were professional, swift, they cleaned up after themselves and were polite. Only proof they were there was the finished product. Fantastic work ethic, excellent service, quality knowledge, and they asked for permission at every step. I will only use Saxon from now on! Helpful1>

I had an issue with my outside outlets not working so I called Saxton Electric and Dave was so kind to walk me through all possible options on the phone and he managed to get them working for me. January 20, 2012 ### Extremely helpful We lost power on one floor of our house, and the electrician I'd called got stuck on another job and couldn't make it. It was late Friday afternoon, and snowing hard outside, so I feared it might be difficult to get someone to come round. I called Saxon Electric, and rather than just booking the job, they put me through to an electrician. He was friendly and helpful; he asked me for more details of the problem, and suggested a solution I could try myself based on the information I'd provided - he knew there was a quirk with the particular brand of circuit-breakers we have. He was right - power was back while I was still on the phone to him. He not only saved our weekend, he also saved us any call-out charge. I just wanted to thank Saxon for such a good service, and the best way seemed to be to post a review here!
